阶段一：调研与准备（申请前6-8个月）
建立导师数据库
创建一个Notion或Excel表格，对每位感兴趣的导师记录：

展示匹配（3-5句）：你读过他的什么研究，具体哪个点吸引你，以及你相关的经历。

研究设想（1-2句）：你想在博士期间探索的问题（简短，不需要完整RP）。

阶段三：深度互动（申请前2-3个月）
如果导师回复积极，甚至主动约视频会议，恭喜你进入了深度互动阶段。你需要做：
1. 准备视频交流内容

3. 如果1月底还没有面试消息，可以发送礼貌询问：

套磁的七个“不要”

不要群发：同一封邮件BCC给20个导师，是学术自杀。

不要在同一系同时联系多位导师：他们可能交流，然后全部拒绝你。

不要在邮件中问官网能查到的问题：暴露你没有做功课。

不要用花哨的格式、表情符号、非正式缩写：保持专业。
-
不要过度赞美：“You are the god of this field”只会让人尴尬。

不要催促进度：导师没回复就每隔几天再发，会被拉黑。

不要撒谎：论文在投就说在投，不要写“accepted”。
